BIO
The CEO is a Human Resources practitioner that is academically and experientially grounded in Human Resources Management. In 2021, Mayra Alejandra, CEO completed her Master's Degree in Leadership and Management (MSLM) with a concentration in Human Resources Management (HRM) from the University of La Verne (ULV). Due to this educational and professional experience, the CEO is highly experienced in managing daily human resources activities, creating and implementing employee relations and resource maximization objectives. As a field expert skills and core competencies are utilized to demonstrate sound knowledge in the concepts and applications of employee relations, labor relations, interpretation and application of California employment law, regulations, policies and procedures throughout diverse organizations.
